GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Medical gas flow meter (Thorpe tube design) to regulate and measure the flow rate of medical gas supplied to a patient, maximum flow rate 15 LPM, for medical oxygen.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pieces or 150 pieces depending on the supplier.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Thorpe tube design flow meter using DISS input connector for panel /regulator mounting.
Can be cleaned with damp cloth and a disinfection solution.
Transparent, graduated (metric system) column, shatter resistant polymer certified for medical use.
Graduation shall have over 270 degrees of visibility.
Needle valve and body constructed of brass or aluminium.
Calibrated at 50-55 psi / 345-380 kPa / 3.4-3.8 bar inlet gauge pressure.
Inlet pressure (nominal) > 50 psi (345 kPa / 3.45 bar), peak inlet pressure at least 100 psi (690 kPa / 6.89 bar).
Pressure compensated design to give specified accuracy for whole range of input pressures
Built-in inlet filter (depending on supplied model).
Inlet and outlet connectors DISS style, other types of connectors available upon request
Maximum flow rate when fully opened: 50 L/min (depending on supplied model).
Adjustment knobs to have rough surface to prevent slipping.
OXYGEN model:
0 - 15 L/min, accuracy 10%, tube gradation max 0.5 L/min at low flow, max 1 L/min high flow
